Job summary

Join NRP Investments LLC as a Maintenance Technician at our brand new community. We are looking for a dedicated maintenance professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance services to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed, maintain accurate records, and assist with customer service during the Maintenance Supervisor's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain records of all tasks.
• Complete service requests following company standards.
• Available for weekend and emergency service work.
