Village Green is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on problem-solving and delivering reliable service that keeps our communities safe and well‑maintained for residents to call home.

You will handle day-to-day tasks, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, perform appliance repair, painting, drywall, carpentry, and prepare apartments for new residents. We offer growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance.
• Supervisory experience in leading a maintenance team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• EPA certification or HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Appliance repair and replacement.
• Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
• Preparing apartments for new residents (turns/make-ready).
• Maintaining building systems and common areas.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance programs.
• Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
