Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Dallas, TX LIHTC community - Sterlingshire. Under supervision, you’ll perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to uphold curb appeal and apartment quality, while handling customer service requests.

Requirements include 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Training and growth opportunities are available with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience required.
• Computer proficiency and basic maintenance knowledge expected.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and upkeep of materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property-specific issues and records of tasks completed.
