This full-time role involves performing general repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances to keep residential communities running smoothly. The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or apartment maintenance required.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain appearance and functionality of buildings, laundry facilities, clubhouses, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, coordinating subcontractors and in-house staff.
• Respond to routine service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle after-hours emergencies.
