You will join a team, use personal tools, and communicate clearly with residents and the community team; a driver’s license, smartphone, and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to provide personal hand tools for use at work.
• Smartphone required for use at work.
• State driver’s license and working vehicle for business use.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities.
• Provide high-level customer service to residents and ensure safety of the property.
• Handle routine maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, etc.
• Process resident work orders promptly and restore units to market-ready status.
