Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchise restaurant to help keep the dining area and exterior clean and to maintain equipment in good working order.

You will assist with daily tasks such as filtering fryer oil, cleaning, and performing basic upkeep, with responsibilities defined by the franchisee. This is a hands-on role that supports the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks to keep restaurant interior and exterior clean and equipment operating.
• Ability to assist with various maintenance duties as assigned by management.
• Reliability and willingness to learn franchisee-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week.
• Take out trash and empty compactor.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC units.
