Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store, restaurant, and truck care operations.

No experience? No problem—we train you. You'll work with HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, and plumbing, perform routine maintenance, and help ensure a positive experience for customers and drivers. This role values reliability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Must be able to move 25+ pounds
• Able to work in varying temperatures
• Customer-facing role requiring friendly interactions

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service needs
• Operate and maintain facility equipment (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.)
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, Leadership Roles
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and employees
• Lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures
