Job summary

McDonald’s franchise seeks a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant clean and well-maintained inside and out. You will help maintain equipment, clean facilities, and handle routine tasks to ensure a safe, inviting dining environment for guests.

The role includes daily to monthly upkeep activities, like filtering fryers, grounds maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and HVAC/roof cleaning, with duties aligned to the franchise's standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Filtering oil fryers daily, Maintaining outside grounds, Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms, Unload delivery truck 2 times a week, Take out and empty trash, Change light bulbs, Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
