• Availability for a flexible on-call schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and mechanical systems in residential units.
• Responding promptly to service calls and completing repairs efficiently.
• Interacting professionally with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents and conducting maintenance for unit turnovers.
• Executing preventive maintenance to keep systems in working order.
• Being available for emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintaining community grounds and performing painting, wall touch-ups, and carpet cleaning.
