Job summary

FirstService Residential in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Maintenance Tech responsible for grounds, property, and building upkeep for the association. This role includes preventive maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation, on-call for emergencies, and coordination with the property manager.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in maintenance, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry trades, and proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades recommended.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure environment.
• Identify and respond to issues; assist with repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage on-call emergencies and projects as directed by the property manager.
• Request materials and supplies as needed for tasks.
