We are seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN who, reporting to the Community Manager, works as part of a team to ensure that the property is maintained in the best physical condition possible and that all resident service requests are completed in a timely manner.
The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly salary range of $24.00 - $26.00. Salary placement will commensurate upon experience.
