Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician handles work orders, repairs, renovations, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies. Assists the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager with maintenance programs, policies, procedures, and preventative maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders promptly
• Estimate repair times and scope
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Supervise outside contractors as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance required
• HVAC certification is mandatory
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Physical ability to handle workload
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Reliable transportation required

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

• Operate in open areas with moderate noise
• Work at multiple locations
• Ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, and lift 25-50 lbs frequently

Benefits
