Job summary

JOB TITLE – Maintenance Technician salary range $30.00 to $34.00 per hour The Maintenance Technician is responsiblefor inspecting different equipment and performing basic repairs or preventativemaintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previousexperience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools,and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals. This position reportsdirectly to the CorporateMaintenance Manager. Training is provided to ensure complete understanding ofposition and department responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Conducting routineinspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventativemaintenance.
• Handling basic repairs andmaintenance.
• Overseeing contractors whenprofessional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanicalissues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines,equipment, facilities, or structures as necessary.
• Understands hazards ofvarious gases and size and contents of cylinders.
• Properly performinspections of cylinders.
• Properly and safely handlecylinders.

Education

Work Experience
