Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, stairways, elevator and other areas within county buildings.
• Maintains landscaping and performs minor repairs and painting as directed.
• Checks boiler, gauges and other equipment for proper operation and makes minor adjustments.
• Operates power equipment and hand tools to perform essential job duties.
• Performs other related duties as required.
