Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) - Navion of Greenville

Join our Navion of Greenville team! Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Navion of Greenville community to maintain the good condition and functionality of an Assisted Living community. Responsibilities include performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, and more. The ideal candidate is practical, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and adheres to health and safety guidelines. The goal is to keep the buildings and common areas in excellent condition.

Requirements
  • Preferably two years of related maintenance experience and formal training in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing, or cleaning.
  • Ability to perform general maintenance repairs, problem-solve, plan, organize, and communicate effectively.
  • Valid state driver's license and/or CDL license as required by property and state laws.
  • Ability to safely operate a van or larger vehicle.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism.
  • Willingness to learn new methods and incorporate them into maintenance practices.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions effectively.
