Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building equipment and codes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Inspect and repair building equipment and systems.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Utilize computer systems to document work orders.
