ESFM, a Compass Group facility management unit, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on skilled maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, and provides field leadership for projects while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Requirements include four years of skilled trade or vocational schooling, five years as a maintenance technician in institutional settings, and two years as a licensed Journeyman or equivalent.
We have an opening for a full time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position.
Location: 1155 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110 Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.
Requirement: At least 4 years of commercial maintenance experience required.
Pay Range: $32.00 per hour to $35.00 per hour

Performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to facility engineering and maintenance functions, while providing field leadership, ensuring quality assurance, supporting training efforts, and managing escalations.
