This role is perfect for someone with building maintenance experience who's comfortable handling plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. You'll be part of a 3-person maintenance team at a large 379-unit affordable housing property. If you have previous residential or building maintenance experience and are looking for an opportunity to use your skills and actively help people, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Make repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and repair appliances

• Handle HVAC maintenance and repairs

• Work closely with a 3-person maintenance team

• Provide a high level of service and support to tenants

• Be available for on-call emergency work every third week

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of building maintenance/handyman experience

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

• HVAC experience

• Active driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Available for full-time schedule (9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday)

• Comfortable working on-call for emergencies
