Forte Opening Solutions in Thorp, WI is hiring Maintenance Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts. Earn $24–$29/hour with shift differential and ample overtime opportunities.

You will perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment including presses, sanders, and conveyors, read blueprints, and document issues daily. Qualified candidates have hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge, a related vocational degree or 5+ years’ experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial maintenance on presses, conveyors, and sanders.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read blueprints and job data sheets.
• Commitment to safety procedures and practices.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work overtime and be on-call when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair mechanical equipment such as presses, sanders, and conveyors.
• Replace parts and perform repairs to maintain equipment reliability.
• Document daily issues and communicate them via emails and logs.
• Work overtime when mandated and be on-call as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safe work practices.

(up to 25% in an 8-hour day).Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day.
