Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent training.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and electrical troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Disassemble, rebuild, and replace components; calibrate sensors and controls.
• Maintain blenders, fillers, conveyors, packaging equipment, and other production machinery.
• Support preventive maintenance and parts management; document work records.
• Assist with facility upkeep, lubrication, and equipment reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams and contractors to minimize downtime.
