Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance and collaborate with Operations to maximize uptime, supporting high-quality bread and bakery production across the region.

The role emphasizes safety, urgency, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from diagnostics and repairs to equipment installation and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical repair.
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• EPA Refrigeration Certification preferred.
• LME license preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety policies and maintain housekeeping, GMP and food-safety practices.
• Repair and troubleshoot plant production equipment.
• Support equipment installation, wiring, or programs per specs.
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues and implement solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules.
• Train others to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain spare parts and tool organization.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
