Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to read technical documents and schematics.
• Licenses applicable to the position as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs.
• Utilize CMMS software to document and track maintenance activities.
• Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions.
• Support equipment safety programs and maintain compliance with food safety requirements.
• Maintain open communication with production, quality, and management teams.
• Provide timely updates on equipment performance and repair status.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, and GMPs.
• Support maintenance needs at Willow Tree facilities and company-owned properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
