Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts and elevated areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems.
• Maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power equipment.
• Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, OSHA and WillowWood standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field
• Experience with HVAC systems, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS software and backup power systems
• Forklift experience
