Job summary

OSI Group is seeking Maintenance Technicians (Levels 1–4) to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role offers a pay range of $24–$37 per hour and an attendance incentive of $3 per hour.

Responsibilities include installing, servicing, and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining records. A minimum of 1+ year in industrial maintenance is required, with opportunities for training to advance skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred).
• Basic to advanced maintenance skills as listed in the job posting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair equipment using tools provided by OSI.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Move and position components with hoists, dollies, and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily work records and communicate effectively.
• Organize tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe workspace.
• Keep the work area clean and hazard-free; follow safety and GMP requirements.
• Adhere to safety/environmental/food safety protocols and document work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
