Job summary

Morrison Cup Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our Foam department in Oklahoma. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus, shift differential, and a schedule described as Week 1: Thurs-Sat 4pm–4am; Week 2: Mon-Wed & Sun 4pm–4am.

The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance on offset printers, wrappers, lathes, mills, and warehouse equipment, while reducing downtime and ensuring parts availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in related position.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with molding equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machines.
• Keep common replacement parts on hand to fix machines quickly.
• Reduce machine downtime in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

We are seeking a dedicated, mechanically inclined full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Foam department at Morrison Cup Solutions. This day shift position offers excellent benefits, including a sign on bonus, shift differential pay, and a work schedule of

(Week 1: Thursday - Saturday 4pm- 4am) ; (Week 2: Monday - Wednesday & Sunday 4pm - 4am)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance of the following equipment:

• Offset printers used for printing plastic, paper, and Styrofoam cups
• Mechanical paper cup wrappers and bagging equipment
• Lathe and mill equipment
• Warehouse equipment
• Other equipment

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Create Preventive Maintenance Schedules and maintain schedules for all equipment and machines
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machines
• Ensure common parts are on hand to fix machines quickly
• Reduce machine down time
• Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Troubleshoot and repair machines

The Maintenance Technician must possess the following qualities:

• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• 1-3 years’ experience in related position
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Possess good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working on molding equipment a plus
• Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
