Job summary

Morrison Cup Solutions in Oklahoma City is seeking dedicated, mechanically inclined individuals to support the Production Department. This full-time, day shift role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm with occasional overtime and weekends off.

You will help make plates, set machines, and ensure quality against samples. The role offers medical, dental, vision, a 401K with up to 4% match, paid vacation and sick days, annual bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Has some manufacturing/machine operations experience.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Mechanically inclined and able to handle basic tool usage.
• Clear communication skills in a team setting.
• Able to perform simple math tasks.
• Experience with offset printers is a plus.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is beneficial.
• Flexible work schedule acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Make plates, mix inks, and understand machine capabilities for assigned machines.
• Set machines and new jobs as required.
• Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets.
• Verify quality print matches samples and specifications.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Complete machine setups and jobs with timeliness.
• Verify print and cup quality align with samples.
• Track production and material usage using iPad.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance at operator level.

• Ability to complete minor repairs as required and complete Operator level Preventive Maintenance

The Machine Specialist Must Possess The Following Qualities

• Have some manufacturing/machine operations experience
• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to do simple math
• Working on Offset printers a plus
• Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
