Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in building trades, maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software is essential to effectively carry out tasks related to facility upkeep and repair.
• Knowledge and skills Preferred for the position are: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance services in resident areas with nursing staff.
• Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist with refurbishing projects.

• Keep equipment and building systems in good working order for resident comfort.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills to ensure compliance and security.
• Propose and implement ideas to improve maintenance processes.
