Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience is essential.
• Knowledge of HVAC units, plumbing and electrical systems needed.
• Ability to be on call for maintenance requests during nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring.
• Inspect building for structural damages and perform repairs.
• Keep records of completed repairs and maintenance services.
• Develop and execute preventative measures for equipment maintenance.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as necessary.
