Job summary

Riverstone-Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park in Hobe Sound, FL. The role involves plumbing, electrical work, and general property maintenance to uphold Riverstone Communities’ standards.

The position requires 2–3 years in general labor and 1–2 years in basic residential plumbing, with physical activity and outdoor work in all weather. Compensation includes benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance.
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity.
• Must have a valid driver's license to travel around the property.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing faucets and toilets; diagnose simple water leaks.
• Electrical tasks such as fixtures, GFCIs, outlets; handle breakers/fuses.
