Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is looking for Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for customers. You will assist in daily store operations and support multiple departments, including truck care and restaurant areas. Training is provided if No experience is required.

The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to safety policies, and flexibility to work across various tasks and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing role with general customer service duties including assisting customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance and Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction in line with company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance and stocking across multiple departments.
• Operate and maintain equipment for facility upkeep and safety checks.
• Cross-train in Store/Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles as needed.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
