Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for customers. You will assist your manager to keep operations smooth and help serve customers quickly. No experience? We will teach you!

Job functions include customer service, cleaning, stocking, and basic equipment maintenance across facilities. Training may include cross-department opportunities and safety compliance with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing role with duties including assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks.
• Operate and assist with maintenance tasks on facilities including HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, and plumbing.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles may occur.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety guidelines and support team needs.
