Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems fundamentals are preferred.
• At least one year of maintenance experience in multifamily settings is preferred.
• Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism toward residents and teammates.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks including painting, gutter cleaning, and filter replacements.
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing, HVAC, electrical fixtures and carpentry tasks.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring safe work practices.
