Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Nevada to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll support managers in operations to serve customers efficiently, with on‑the‑job training provided for those new to the field.

Responsibilities include customer service, general maintenance, cleaning, and occasional cross-training in other departments. Safety and customer satisfaction come first in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on service quality.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service.
• Operate tools and equipment for facility maintenance including HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-train in other departments and leadership roles where possible.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
