Job summary

McDonald's franchisee-owned restaurant in Lugoff, SC is seeking a Maintenance Person to support a clean, safe dining environment and keep restaurant equipment in good working order. You will collaborate with the management team to uphold standards and assist with daily upkeep.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, waste handling, changing light bulbs, and HVAC/exhaust unit maintenance, with teamwork

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills to assist in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and functional.
• Ability to follow training and safety procedures to maintain restaurant equipment.
• Teamwork and reliability to support management and staff in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload deliveries 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
