Job summary

McDonald's Auburn, MA is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep our restaurant clean and well-maintained, working with the maintenance team to uphold cleanliness and ensure equipment works properly. Daily tasks cover dining and back-of-house areas, with training and tools provided by the franchisee.

You will perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, stocking, light bulb changes, and basic repairs, while contributing to a safe, inviting dining environment.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
