Job summary

Common Man Roadside in Hooksett, NH is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our sites safe and welcoming. The role requires travel between locations in a company vehicle and a full-time schedule including some weekends.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration tasks, snow removal, and ensuring a high standard of safety and customer service. Experience in trades and the ability to read repair orders are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and write repair orders.
• Ability to work independently and provide good customer service.
• Willingness to travel between locations in company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided)
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached
• Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture
• Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways
• Performs other duties as assigned
