Job summary

Common Man Roadside is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurants and general stores. Come work for a great New Hampshire company with 8 locations across the state, and more to come! Travel between locations in a company vehicle is required.

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $27-$30/hr, depending on experience. The role includes safety-focused duties, responding to work orders, and upkeep of properties; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to read and write repair orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Provide positive customer service experience.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and provide solutions for each task.
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs.
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided).
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached.
• Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture.
• Snow removal; plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided)
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached
• Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture

• Performs other duties as assigned
