Job summary

The Hallmark is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community by performing a wide range of repair and upkeep tasks. The role involves electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, and structural work to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, be able to lift 40 pounds, and work flexible hours to cover shifts. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success in our community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, and structural systems.
• Maintains records, safety procedures, and equipment inventories.
• Responds to resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
• Cleans and maintains common areas and resident apartments as assigned.
