Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Fern Park, FL is seeking an Apartment Maintenance professional to own the property operations, servicing residents and ensuring spaces are safe and welcoming.

You will handle work orders, perform routine maintenance, and can learn pool and grounds tasks, supported by on-site leadership and opportunities for certifications and advancement.

• 2 years of Apartment Maintenance experience.
