Elderwood at Waverly is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team in upstate New York. You will perform building repairs, maintain safety, and help with grounds and snow/ice removal to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks, equipment operation, and on-call coverage as required. We value dependable, patient individuals who deliver excellent service to residents and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum one year of related maintenance experience.
• Current, valid driver license.
• On-call program which may include off-hours.
• Experience with equipment such as hand tools, electric tools, lawn mowers, snowblowers.

Aufgaben

• Ensure building safety and perform repairs to buildings and furnishings.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways including snow/ice removal.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment; assist with freight.
• Provide respectful, resident-focused service to residents.
• Drive company vehicle as needed and coordinate on-call duties.
