JBS Foods in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of feed, ventilation, water, and building systems within the live pork operation. You will inspect facilities, service equipment, and follow strict safety procedures while meeting production and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, drive a pickup with trailer, and work up to 59 hours weekly including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a pickup and pull a trailer.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and transport objects up to 50lbs repeatedly; may reach 100lbs.
• Team oriented and able to work under time constraints.
• Self-motivated and able to work up to 59 hours a week if necessary.
• Willingness to work weekends with alternating shifts.
• Willingness to work in a hog facility.
• Basic understanding of electricity and electrical components.
• Strong communication with leads, farm employees, and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair feed systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair ventilation systems.
• Install and repair water systems.
• Install and repair building components.
• Inspect facilities and grounds for repairs and complete them.
• Perform routine inspections and service of company equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures established by JBS.
• Identify and order parts needed for work.
