Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace equipment, including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other devices.
• Perform inspections to identify issues and prevent equipment failure.
• Respond to maintenance calls and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
