Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will perform general building maintenance, repairs, and service work at various commercial job sites throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sheetrock repair, basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting problems, and completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Occasional overnight work may be required to accommodate client needs and scheduled maintenance projects.
