Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and can handle a variety of building maintenance and repair needs.Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician will perform general building maintenance, repairs, and service work at various commercial job sites throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sheetrock repair, basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance.
