Job summary

All Things Commercial is seeking a skilled Commercial Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment and building systems in the Pearland area. You’ll service gas, electric, and water heating equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining meticulous documentation.

The role requires reading wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics, plus a valid Texas driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing commercial hot-side kitchen equipment.
• Experience servicing tankless and conventional water heaters.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
