Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Associate is responsible for basic custodial, building, and maintenance duties, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems across facilities.

Under supervision, you will operate forklift and PIT equipment, follow defined procedures, complete paperwork, monitor inventory, and contribute to reliable building operations in a Fortune 500 environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Forklift and PIT Equipment
• Develop skills to perform basic preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
• Complete paperwork for property damage, equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities.
• Assist with monitoring the supply, equipment usage, and record inventory needs.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
