Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Olive Branch Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to provide technical leadership for repair and upkeep of conveyors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. The role supports day-to-day operations and documentation under the Maintenance Manager.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, at least five years in maintenance, and the ability to work with multiple departments and vendors to ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and conveyors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read mechanical/structural blueprints.
• Supervisory and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly maintenance events and ensure timely completion.
• Direct tasks from start to finish across multiple departments, 3PLs, and vendors.
• Monitor status of work and address problems or concerns.
• Plan maintenance processes, evaluate equipment history, and improve reliability.
• Assist with training and orientation for new maintenance team members.
• Prioritize tasks, obtain supplies, and allocate skilled labor.
• Ensure safety and perform QA audits of activities.
