Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Wauwatosa, WI is hiring a full-time maintenance associate starting in November/December 2026. The role involves repairing and installing fixtures, performing safety checks, and assisting with floor moves and displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, lift heavy objects, and work in a retail/maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and install facility fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, wall coverings, windows, doors, and partitions
• Notice safety issues on the sales floor and store areas and address them promptly
• Assist with floor moves, displays, and other maintenance duties on the retail floor
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of amusements, rides, and simulators
• Support outside service teams in areas like escalators, HVAC, generators, and landscaping
• Be knowledgeable of equipment and tools and work independently when needed
