Job summary

White Cap is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to lead primary planned maintenance and assist with small-scale technical troubleshooting. The role focuses on supporting production, safety, and testing, using schematics and defined plans.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; typically 2–5 years of experience in the field.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical plans.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support in production, operations, maintenance, safety and testing.
Perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems using schematics and defined plans.
Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs; evaluate equipment improvements to improve availability and yield.
Troubleshoot and diagnose difficult problems; document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with Contract Maintenance personnel and oversee contract maintenance activities as required.
Train operators on Autonomous Maintenance, developing PM/AM procedures and training programs.
Maintain shop and equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.
