Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery and maintaining a well-functioning working environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following:Other duties may be assigned.Equipment Maintenance:Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, following established procedures and checklists.Repairs and Troubleshooting:Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery, mechanical equipment, or building systems. Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes.Routine Inspections:Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and address them proactively.Emergency Repairs:Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.Parts and Supplies Management:Identify and requisition necessary parts, materials, and supplies for maintenance tasks. Manage inventory levels efficiently.Collaboration:Coordinate with other departments, including production, to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
